CHALLENGE : A contractor managing multiple commercial projects was overwhelmed. His three-man crew needed stronger guidance, subcontractors were falling behind due to frequent setbacks, and stakeholders were becoming increasingly frustrated.
SOLUTION : Once brought on board, we provided hands-on project management support. We expanded the team by bringing in two skilled carpenters and reestablished clear communication and trust with all parties involved — including the subcontractors and stakeholders.
RESULT : All four commercial projects were successfully completed, restoring client satisfaction and strengthening the contractor’s reputation.

CHALLENGE : A painting contractor needed help securing a 130-unit remodeling project. They lacked the equipment, experience, and systems needed to meet the demanding pace of turning over one unit per week — all while managing ongoing maintenance issues.
SOLUTION : We provided project consultation and management, trained the crew, supplied essential tools, and hired two carpenters and a helper to strengthen the team. We also established a detailed process to manage this complex operation efficiently.
RESULT : Our system and process proved highly successful — increasing the pace from 1 unit per week to 6 units per week, dramatically improving project efficiency and client satisfaction.

The Coco Leaf project was their first store location, and the clients were truly a pleasure to work with. Despite everything we accomplished to successfully complete the project, I couldn’t convince the general contractor to recognize the incredible opportunity he was passing up to take on their future locations.
